#1 Knit a sweater for myself
I've knit 3 sweaters for other people, but I have not made a sweater for myself. It would be wildly cool to get a "nice sweater" compliment and say, "Oh thanks, I made it." This sweater needs to be the ultimate package: easy enough to match my skill set, cool, and something I'd actually wear (which generally means tight). I chose Sesame from an old issue of Magknits. It doesn't quite fit the bill in all areas, but I'll always take another simple cardigan. I found Owls on Ravelry a few days later, but as much as I'd like to jump ship and start making that, I'd rather just finish what I started.
Completed Tasks
#2 Learn how to breakdance.
Originally, this was learn how to breakdance until I could do the windmill. After taking lessons for a while, I realized that I would need to commit a lot (high school nerd level of commitment) in order to get up the strength and skill to do the windmill. I learned many other moves in the year I spent breakdancing. I'm satisfied taking this one off the list.
#18 Join a choir or chorus.
I sang in a UU choir for about half a year, and even performed a few times.
#32 Gamble in Vegas.
